Cancellation policy?

A full or part refund for cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking transaction time if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 40% refund for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations are made within seven days of check-in.

Security deposit

The security deposit shall be required with all bookings payable on check-in or before; this deposit is fully refundable at the cost of the Villa Amani Kuta Lombok.

Do you provide discounts for more extended stays?

Yes, we provide discounts for the longest days depending on the season and the length of this day. The manager of Villa Amani Kuta Lombok and the team can assist you directly with bookings and discounts or stays.

If I have a larger group, are other villas available in the same complex?

Villa Amani Kuta Lombok is part of a larger complex, and we can assist in booking additional rooms and beds should you require them.

What time are check in and check out times at Villa Amani Kuta Lombok?

Check in is 3pm
Check out is 12pm

We have luggage storage facilities at reception should you need to store your luggage outside of these times.

Do you offer late check out / early check in?

We will do our best to accommodate a late check out or early check in where possible. Please let us know if you would like one and a day before your check out or check in we will be able to confirm.

Do you provide transfers?

Yes we offer pick up and drop off services from anywhere in Lombok including Lombok International Airport and the harbour for an additional fee. We will be in touch with you a few days before your arrival to offer transport assistance. Feel free to let us know earlier than that if you know your travel arrangements.

How far are the villas from the airport?

The villas are located in Kuta Lombok which is about a 25 minute drive from Lombok International Airport.

What’s the easiest way to get to Kuta Lombok?

Flying to Lombok International Airport is the simplest way. There are international flights from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Perth and domestic flights from Bali, Jakarta and Surabaya.

Alternatively you can catch a fast boat connection from Bali or the Gili Islands. The boats arrive into Lombok at Bangsal harbour which is about a 2 hour drive from Kuta Lombok.

Are there restaurants near by in Kuta Lombok?

Yes there are numerous restaurants in Kuta Lombok within walking distance from the villa or a short motorcycle or car ride.

Can you get GOJEK or delivery for food?

There is no Gojek available however most restaurants in town will deliver to the villa and they know the place well.

Is there a supermarket in town?

There are a number of small convenience stores and a large international style supermarket that sells a full range of food, drinks and household amenities.

How close are you to the Circuit Mandalika?

The Villa is located within a 5 to 10 minute drive to the track which makes it a perfect high-end option if you’re participating or watching the racing.

Are there beaches near by?

We are blessed to be close to many of the best beaches in South Lombok within a short walk or short drive from the Villa.

What activities are around the local area?

Lombok boasts a host of activities such as horseriding, motorcycle tracking, Trail running, surfing, diving and much more check out our Lombok guide for more information on what to do while you’re here.

The Villa staff can also help you book and arrange excursions and activities using our trusted suppliers.

Are there medical facilities or hospitals nearby?

There are numerous small clinics and pharmacies within walking distance from the villa and a large international hospital in the neighbouring town and city of Mataram.

Does Villa Amani Kuta Lombok provide housekeeping?

Yes, housekeeping is available daily or as often as you would like. The team can assist you in buying groceries and any other housekeeping-related tasks you need.

Do you offer a motorbike or car rental?

Yes, we work with several bonafide motorcycle and car rental services that can assist you with bookings.

Can you arrange a car and driver?

Yes, we can arrange a variety of vehicles along with a driver on a half-day or daily rate.

Can you help us to organise trips/tours or surf lessons?

Of course, we can; we love surfing as much as you do and work with several guides and answer schools that can pick you up from the Villa and show you the best waves on the island!

Do you provide breakfast?

Breakfast can be provided on request from one of our trusted restaurant partners and delivered to the Villa at your requested time. When you check-in, we provide complimentary fruit bowls and some other snacks. Kuta has a great range of cafes, all within easy walking distance. Most of our guests prefer to explore the nearby restaurants for breakfast. Check out our guide for our favourite breakfast spots.

Can I have my laundry done?

Yes, we have laundry facilities at the Villa, but also, for more significant amounts, we have trusted local partners that housekeeping can assist you with.

How is the WIFI in Villa Amani Kuta Lombok?

Yes, we have the highest speed available in the area, which is great for work, streaming and general usage. We have also installed repeaters around the property to ensure you get a good signal from all the bedrooms.

Are there babysitters in Lombok?

Yes, we can help to arrange a babysitter for any time during your stay.

Do you have streaming services in the Villa?

Yes, each bedroom is equipped with a Samsung smart television and a Telkomsel TV channel box, allowing you access to several channels. There is also Netflix and a variety of other services that you can use.

Do you have a sound system in the Villa?

Yes, we have a small Harman Carman sound system in the main living area that can be moved around the Villa and operates using Bluetooth.

Do the beds have mosquito nets?

Yes there are mosquito nets fitted above each bed.

Do you have pool floaties?

Yes we have two inflatable pool beds.

Do you have parking and security?

Yes, we have private on-site parking at the villas and security is 24 hours a day.

Can I arrange and extra beds?

We can arrange extra beds for children or additional guests but generally we limit the amount of guests in the villa to 6 adults and additional children.

Can I bring my pet to the Villa?

We operate and no pet policy in the Villas, however service dogs or like a permitted to stay in the villa.

How well equipped is the kitchen?

We love to cook and our kitchen is equipped with new, large Samsung fridge and freezer and all the glassware and ceramics that you need to cook up a feast!

We have a large selection of utensils, wineglasses and other items to make you feel at home.

Do I need to pack towels?

No, we provide towels for use in the bathroom and towels for use by the pool.

Do you have back up power?

Yes we have a dedicated back-up generator on the site.

Do you provide shampoo etc?

Yes both villas are equipped with natural, locally made shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, sunscreen and insect repellent.

What about safe drinking water?

We use water filtration on the property however the tap-water in Indonesia is not drinkable. We provide fresh drinking water gallons to the Villa for you to use for cooking and drinking.

What makes your villas eco-friendly?

The Villa strives to be as ecologically friendly and sustainable as possible and we do this through various methods such as energy-saving, recycling and locally sourcing as much as we can with regards to materials and amenities.

We also engage in local cultural and social support programs and education with regards to sustainable practices and renewables.
